Art of Yoga: A strong Vinyasa based yoga experience
integrating strength and fluidity, alignment, intuition,
meditation and wisdom in action. Focusing on breath
as key, achieving balance of Body Spirit and Mind, as you
deepen into presence.
Ashtanga Yoga: An athletic flow based on the
Ashtanga Primary Series as taught by as taught by B.N.S.
Iyengar and K. Patabi Jois. Sychronized breath, posture
and movement cleanse, stretch and strengthen, bringing lightness
and energy to the body. All levels welcome.
